@Animalrights543 yah it is, stores like tj maxx, ross, winners, and macy's carry the real stuff just for less.. they get what's basically like the left overs from the company.

omg i'm so sorry i forgot to answer your question for so long! A CCO is a Cosmetics Company Outlet. They usually carry MAC, Bobbi Brown, Clinique, etc. They have older collections for about 30-70% off retail :)
