30 Seconds To Mars played a free outdoor concert in the snow at the 2010 Grand Prix in Park City where U.S. athletes competed for a place on the Olympic halfpipe team. I hoped to get better footage of the event, but it got really crazy up front that night and I ended up with lots of photos and video of brightly colored snow. I did get some beautiful shots of Jared and Shannon Leto at the soundcheck earlier in the day.

@alexasw33t i went to my first concert with my mom t...(30stm to) more 'cause i had no other choice, but hey, somethimes you can have fun with your mom to, only stupid thing about that is if they don't understand why you love their music so much and keep asking stupid questions, and trying to be/look like others but totally not beeing themselfes and almost act/look ridiculous ahah, i had that XD , but still was fun

@HabeKeinMitleid i'm a girl, think they're really handsome(hot XD)man,but i do know they'd be my dads XD,so i don't see the point of falling in "love" with them or something.Alot of girls, nxt to the music are"obsessed"(by saying it this way) by their looks and stuff, good music and good looking man = alot of girls on concerts,screaming their asses of, and following them; guys don't really care that much about their looks and stuff an don't go chase them so much as girls, my opinion at least :)

@HabeKeinMitleid I think people see jared and they just instantly fall in love with him!! so i think he mainly attracts the people who are attracted to someone like him. I mean dont get me wrong Jared is beautiful, but i think that this band is for everyone! im a girl and im a huge fan of them and im attracted to jared but i love the band as a whole. not just for jared!

@HabeKeinMitleid I love this band cause the music is so good. And their videos what a masterpieces!! It's only a bonus for us that Jared is so good looking. But that is not the reason why I like them.

@HabeKeinMitleid I'm a straight guy as well who loves this band.

I think it might be because of Jared being a "hot actor" as well as many teenage girls crush, it makes him uncool in the eyes of a lot of men, I guess. And once you have the reputation of being an 'only for screaming pre-teen fangirls' band, it's kinda hard to shake it off. I know that when I mention I like this band a lot of guys scoff, even if they like them in secret themselves. :) It's uncool to be a guy and an Echelon.
