Sorry about the sniffle there - got a cold and forgot I had the mic on :)
Settings I used:
In the Camtasia recorder I used 30-60 frames/sec (average I use 30) with Microsoft Video 1 as the codec and the key frame of 30-80 (average I use 60). Audio was PCM 44100Hz, 16Bit stereo, 172KB/s.
I give this range because sometimes for different videos I need to bump it up a bit.
In the production I saved it as a .mov H.264, Frame Rate Current, Key Frame Every 30-80 frames (match this with what you set up in your recorder settings), Frame Reordering checked, Data Rate Automatic, Compressor Best Quality, and Encoding Best Quality.
Not sure if this made a difference but I added a Sharpen 1 filter.
Size 1280x720 HD and Deinterlace Source Video checked.
Sound was MPEG-4 Audio Sample rate 44.1, Sample size 16, Channels 2.
