IN MEMORY of CRYSTAL ALESS..... Our deepest sympathies to the family of our beloved Crystal who passed away from breast cancer on Saturday, September 10th at the age of 30. She was one of the Wolverine Girls and always will be. She has been a driver, assistant crew chief and main crew chief for the Wolverines for many years at both Cajon Speedway and Barona Speedway. She leaves a young son, Jesus Gonzalez Jr., and a loving family including her Mother Linda, and brothers and sisters Christopher, Amanda & Bobbye Lynn. Christopher is a past Wolverine (currently on a break), and Bobbye Lynn is on her first season as an official team member. Crystal was an awesome Mom, devoted member of her family and a beautiful and loyal friend. We will miss her greatly, she leaves a hole in the heart of us. Please join us in extending our love and prayers to her family. Thank you, The Wolverines ~

Thanks to everyone for giving the Aless family a celebration of Crystal's life to remember forever. Special thanks to Diane, Eric, Judi, Todd, Shannon, the Fire Crew, anyone I forgot to list, and to all the Wolverines. And we were done by 9:35pm!!!! New record.

You are a rare group of special people and we sincerely thank you for the fabulous memorial tribute for Crystal Aless and her family. A special thank you to the Eric Evens, driver of the #9 Car, for giving our boy, Jesus, the ride of his life -- He loved it! The tribute was beyond wonderful and a great memory for her family and the Wolverines. I would also like to give a special thank you to the Ron Triska family who also had a tragic loss of their own with the passing of Ron. They were extremely gracious with their winnings in our 50/50 raffle for the Aless family, donating their 50% back to the family. Again, thank you all for the fantastic balloon tribute, prayers, and support for Crystal's family. We are most appreciative. You're the Best!

I would like to thank Barona Speedway and the Woverines for the beautiful tribute you gave for Crystal. Watching all those balloons rising in the air at the same time was truly a spectacular sight. Jesus said they were all going up to heaven where his mamma is. And thanks to the driver who gave Jesus the ride of a lifetime. I would also like to thank the 50/50 raffle winner who donated her part of the winnings. You guys are awesome and I thank you from the bottom of my heart
