Pad Thai is the most popular noodle dish in the world. In this video we make 2 servings using CurrySimple's Pad Thai sauce. The sauce is made in Thailand with perfect combination of Oyster Sauce, Palm Sugar, Soy Sauce, Fish Sauce, Tamarind and Shallots.

this is the best & easiest pad thai video i've found so far on youtube.

question though, should you really add the egg first and not the chicken because usually chicken breast takes longer to fry than egg.

@doopie88 Adding the egg first and scrambling is what I learned at the Thai restaurant I worked at for many years. You of course should always tweak any recipes to work best for you. Either way i am sure the result with be a delicious Pad Thai..!

My problem is getting the noodles right...I tend to overboil them first like pasta. So you just put them in boiling water for a minute? Seems like they'll be too hard...even though they're those rice noodles, but I'll try again :)
