The guys at Venom took a box stock RTR Electric King of Shaves, put dual 3S 5400 LiPO battery packs (VEN-1581T) in it, and hit the water. For a box stock boat this thing is REALLY impressive to watch and very easy to drive. The dual drives make the boat very stable not to mention they sound awesome.

  • Hi Venom.

I love too much your boat and performances are more than enought. However, do you expect to propose a high performance package to have a wilder boat ? Sorry for my simple english, I am a frog.... ;-)

  • Hi Thomas-

Your english was fine! We have just released our new aluminum props that will allow you to run 4S with ease. Any faster and you'll have to look at changing the ESC and possibly the motors.

  • @venomgroupintl What size of the prop for 4S please???

  • @gotstreetglide 32mm for a 4S, but please note that 4S is outside of our recommendations and any damage caused will void your warranty.

  • Thanks Mark. We are huge fans of Scale Models here at Venom so we will continue working to bring you guys realistic models.

  • Thanks! We like it too! = )

  • OMG I WANNA SEE VIDEOS OF THE P1 NOT THE P2!!!!!!

  • Whoever it is at Venom that's responsible for all the stocking problems with these boats and their parts should be beaten, doused in gasoline and set a blaze.

  • very impressive well done venom ! really wisy to buy it but i ll guess to ship it to malta in europe it will cost me a fortune including battries ,just a question can this boat be operated in salt waters ???

  • Does this boat's top latch to provide a seal or does it have to be taped? I have a Blackjack 26 and don't see the point of "convenient" magnetic latches, when they need to be taped down to be waterproofed. I wish I had seen your boat prior to buying the Blackjack. May get that one also.

  • @venomgroupintl what size 4s lipos can you use in this boat without changing anything ( ESC/Motor)?

  • Awesome, I want one!

  • Are you going to show a Video of your gas V's Electric for the king of shaves (out of box versions)

  • The ad said, 45 mph with 2-3s lipos,,,,that did'nt look even close. I expected a higher pitch buzz from the motors.
