Is it Melia hotel? It seems like Hanoi hasn't changed much after all. I like the foggy sky. I myself can't never get up that early to catch it. :P

Yes, that is indeed Melia Hanoi.

The video makes the fog look a little more than it really is. Party because the resolution on Youtube is so poor, that the pixels are smudged across the video.

is not allowed to build skyscrapers in the downtown area anymore...take a look to the new urban areas...then you'll be surprise...

Is it Melia hotel? I love it, it seems like Hanoi hasn't changed much after all. The fog looks pretty cool, I myself can't never wake up that early to catch it :P
