Seriously, a top attack would've been pretty cool but they made a pretty worthless attack. Plus, it only hits for like a split second. They might as well have called him "Spin Man"

Actually, when you think about it... Top Spin is the most powerful move in Megaman history... Just two problems...1. Randomness of power - Sometimes you can do loads of damage and use little energy and other times use all the energy with little damage done. 2. Amount of enemies it works on - It only works on 4 bosses in the entire game. Shadowman, Heatman (Dr. Robot), Megaman Clones and Wily (Gamma). It can 1HKO the Megaman Clones and Gamma. = D
