This video was made in a game/simulator called Second Life, All content shown in this video is made by other creators, and put within the World of Second Life for people to see, buy, shop, and have fun.
This Video was also made for Educational Purposes. The purpose of this video is to prove that the Gemini Client Detection System does not work, and to tell creators to stop wasting their money on Bougs CDS, or ZF Redzone Systems. These systems are Spyware, and without posting notice for consent, and a privacy policy before scanning residents that have not blocked the system like me, you are Violating peoples privacy, and Violating the California Privacy Act, as Linden Lab is located in California, and he is using the system to scan peoples clients without consent of the user, and also keep in mind that Emerald was caught Data Mining residents already, and has been proven guilty of illegally IP logging residents. Skilsl Hak was part of the Emerald Team, and he was not banned due to the large number of simulators he runs in Second Life.
My name was illegally added to the Client Detection System as a Copybotter, when I talked to Lonely Bluebird Before April 30th 2010, and asked them why my viewer did not detect the Inertia Source COde, or Second Life Professional Edition which were two copybots that are still 100% Undetectable by CDS. He then added me to the ban list as I noticed I was banned from some stores the Next day, and refuse to actually answer any questions about the CDS system or such. Again there is no proof of any wrong doings, and my account is over 1000 Days old within Second Life. They also cant prove that a person has stolen from any creators, and do not offer a public appeal, or any balance of power within the ban network. Skills Hak, and his minions, or group have all 100% Power over the entire System. The appeal system is also a joke because you have no Idea if they will even get back to you, or remove your name from the system even if you have done nothing wrong.
Personally I know that skills Hak will not remove me from the Client Detection System because I am against what his system does. All I ask is that if anyone is going to make such a system that it respects our privacy, and requires a user to sign up, have Media enabled, and agree to scanning, if not they are kicked off the region, and should a user actually get banned for any reason from the system at all, then they have the right to appeal, and ask questions on a forum, and an actual group of people that will listen. Not be ignored...
Anyways I hope this helps creators Understand how CDS does not really protect your stores in SL, and I hope people dont buy into his crap. If I wanted to I could login to cryo life, and walk right in you store, of course I would probabily get banned instantly by hand, but I know that with my Bypass to CDS that his system will not detect me, and I feel bad for any creator handing this person Free money for the system when everyone knows how to bypass it now, and over 98% of copybotters now use the bypass method I used in this video.
I do support the CCA, and everyoe who is 100% Legit, and supporting of peoples privacy and the TOS, I just do not support systems like CDS, or any other privacy violating system.
I also tested this on 3 regions.
Gothicatz,Zyngo, and AI Pets, I was undetected, but I am sure this account will be manually added now to cover it all up, but we all saw the proof so it doesnt matter.
This system wont protect your content from Copybotters who go to places non CDS secured, Sandboxes, Xstreet, ETC.
Dont like to be spied on illegally IP Logged, and alt accounts detected.
Dont shop from stores that use CDS in world, or on Xstreet, because they violate your privacy, but again its your call.
Also do not visit their store in world where they log your Computer Information without any privacy policy & use Third Parties to do such, It is just wrong.
