The Kawasaki FS010L robot loads a Femco HL35 lathe. The robot uses a double gripper and a vacuum gripper. The raw workpieces are placed on a conveyor and will be detected by the camera of RFA-Vision. Shafts maybe loaded in a magasin with multiple stories. The robot picks the raw shafts from the magasin and places the finished parts on the outgoing conveyor. The vacuumgripper in the robothand is used to take parts from a pallet and place them on the conveyor with the camera of RFA-Vision.
