@somethingcl3v3r Your correct, this is definitely not a standard nor proper "clean". I just wanted to cut the movement short and experiment with trying to constantly move. This an effort to create a more oxygen intensive exercise. Yea, I don't know why people get all worked up about other people's exercise experiments, as there's only one correct way to train! As long as it is safe, why not try different things? Thanks for your comment.
Very bad techniques! Need to learn proper techniques especially when doing olympic type lifts. Injury... coming soon. Take some protein too!

i think u would have better results with power endurance if u stuck with plyo circuits than the bar....the light weight makes it hard to hit the muslces u want to work on and the plyos would be a more sport specific movement to ur sport....art...w/e
