1.Machine Construction :
New concept & design in Gear Measuring Machine.
Extremely sturdy versatile & flexible
Thermally stable massive dark granite block mounted on passive or active (optional) vibration damping.

Frictionless non contact air bearings which are superior to mechanical bearings because there will not be any wear or tear of guide ways.
Higher operating & measuring speed.
All axis of the machine including tail stock made of same hard dark granite so that the thermally rugged behavior is obtained.

Granite Guide ways are ground & lapped. Protection for guide ways against unhealthy environment such as dust is provided by the air coming out of the air bearings with pressure.
Only WGT CNC Gear Testers have active pneumatic vibration damping system.

The high precision, air bearing rotary table is partially integrated into the machine base. The fast-reacting servomotor and a high-resolution rotary encoder, directly mounted onto the bearing system, are guaranteeing precise control and positioning of the rotary axis.

The tailstock slide is fully counterbalanced and can therefore be easily positioned by the operator

2.Linear Measuring system :
Gold plated elasticized metal scale with 0.1 micron resolution.
High tolerance to dirt, and greasy figure prints.
Scale mounted directly on granite hence the scale thermally replicates the base material eliminating need for compensation.

Specially developed for metrology tasks and allows direct communication with the evaluation software with the highest measuring speeds
Remote diagnosis of evaluation software, control software and control hardware using internet enable with external modem or LAN network

Windows XP based graphically supported user interface for easy software operation
