this video has got to be one of the most troll ridden videos IVE EVER come across!! Every time I come back to this video the same people are on here trying to slander this lady. Bottom line this woman is not breaking any laws. Instead of talking shit about the lady, how about somebody post a law this woman has broken. Saying shit like she should have done what she was told by the cop means nothing, give us a REASON! Cops enforce laws, no law... no authority plain and simple.

Never said she broke a law, but she was attempting to display herself as a victim when she was just be a nuisance, and was displaying a blatant misunderstanding of what her "rights" are. She has a right to record in a public place, but there is no Constitutional right to go around demanding that people tell you what is going on.

On the contrary; there are federal laws that require a protection of privacy for victims like the injured victim.

She was harrassing for PERSISTENTLY sticking her nose into something that was of no business to her. She does NOT have a Constitutional right to know ANYTHING about what was going on there...in fact, the role of the Constitution is more about protecting the privacy of the victim than her nosy (and pointless) voyeurism.
