if you smoke a pack a day for however long, and then become cig free for a decade or more, than your chances of developing lung cancer are the same as someone who never smoked a day in their life. and no i dont smoke. i think it's disgusting. i'm just saying. and giving hope to those who wanna quit but think theres no point.
