did you get to your senior year in your high school? im 18 and im suppose to graduate this year but i messed up my senior year and i guess my next step is becoming a super senior. HELP ME. IM SO FUCKED UP.

Thank you so much for the inspiring words. What you said near the end about the past not mattering, really hit home.

I've been living in fear of school because of my past. I'm now 25 and terrified of getting my GED, but I'm trying to make the steps for it. Then when you said it matters where you're at right now really opened my eyes. I'm not who I was before. I'm not in that situation anymore. I am who I am now and I'm ready to take my power back. Thank you for that. :)

Man,,,,Im 16 and in high school it was bad i dint listen well the school was horrible everyone did drugs and etc it wasn't for me school was just so hard to deal with,,,,,then my family said get your GED you need some sort of education i said okay but i was doubting myself thinking i dropped out im a failure i cant do anything with my life then i watch this.....and got so much motivation and courage thank you :')

@OculiUbique Yes, anyone with a high school diploma or GED can get financial aid for college. That's what I'm talking about.

@Gilcspin Hey i was needing some advice....its my senior year and i fucked around too much so im going to be a super senior...im already enroled in college to start in may so if i stay over in high school i wont be able to start in may. i talked to the college im enrolled in and they said they would accept a ged...im going to college to be a mechanic. do you think it would hurt my chances of getting a good job after college if i got a ged? thanks

@KaleidoKatie Me too, Katie. Trust me. I grew-up being picked on in school and never really did as much. I was placed in Special ED at a young age and suffered mentally. My self-esteem suffered as well. Yeah, I did some things that weren't right, but it was very small. The teachers didn't care and babied us. I still hate school till' this day. People I knew are doing better than me as far as intelligence.

well i went up to 12th grade too, but everyone has the same options... u had the chance to get ur ged if u wanted to, not that its better, its just your choice.. just be proud of urself!
