  • this is what i use for aikido.

  • blood and sweat chest/triceps;bottom position bench with a 3 inch watson bar-5x5 with a 3 second pause between reps.weighted dips-5x5,bottom position close grip bench with a 3 inch bar-3x5-all done.simple,brutal,effective.

  • why would you train triceps inbetween chest sets? just going to weaken your chest workout sets.. if anything train tris after chest but not in the middle

  • On a normal barbell bench, that 195 turns into a 240 lbs. With the same exact plates on.

  • i would just stick with pound movement for chest and shoulder then tri just high vol

  • on a "normal" barbell bench that 195 turns into a 170....
