@BellatorParanormal Sure, but remember. You cant make a silk purse out of a sows ear.

@hila500 I try to educate people about all traditions including my own(Mohawk) showing the masses we're decent folk. With you ranting(bitching) over how 'different' we all are, you make that argument difficult. I am glad there is only one of you so adamant about this--good Wiccans welcome all, are healers, accepting of others, have festivals with other groups to celebrate life. It's a shame you have this need to separate yourself. Feel free to bitch, I won't be back--
-
@hila500 LOL you're so self-centered--arrogance like yours gives us ALL a bad rep. You could learn a great deal from Laurie's decency, not the other way around. With your attitude, no one will ever learn anything from you but selfishness and segregation.

almost all wiccan and non-wiccan witches knows that wicca and witchcraft
are not the same thing, and if you will learn more about witchcraft
you will understand why almost every witch dont think that wicca and witchcraft
are the same thing. i think we need to end this discussion, because i dont
like to talk about witchcraft with someone that do not understand
what is witchcraft.
-
@BellatorParanormal paganism is not under the umbrella of Wicca.
Wicca is under the umbrella of paganism
and if Laurie Cabot dont think i'm right, then maybe
she needs to learn what is middle Eastern paganism.
if Laurie Cabot think that witchcraft and Wicca are the same
thing, then maybe YOU need to learn what is witchcraft,
and then you will see why she is wrong.
almost EVERY Wiccan knows that Wicca and witchcraft are not
the same thing.

@BellatorParanormal again from Laurie "It seems we invest much of our identity in what separates us rather than what we have in common. This of course plays into the hands of those who have identified their common goals and will relentlessly drive towards attaining them as we bicker by the side of the road about nonsense. For a brief period, we became one nation after September 11, why must it always be this kind of crisis that unites us?"...Her logic UNITES...yours tears down. I'll take hers!

@hila500 From Laurie Cabot's site: "Witches continue to be on the top of a growing list of targets... Buddhists and Hindus have also been added. Witches & Pagans are now grouped under the umbrella of Wicca. The fragmentation that is present even amongst Witches grows exponentially as we include other Wiccan groups to the equation. We often disagree and such disagreements have become vicious as the internet affords anonymity & sanctuary from real debate." She "loves & accepts all" AHEM!
this gives no real information to real wiccans and makes us look evil and bad i dont like it at all its true but ther hatred was fuled my ignorance as the ignorance of todays world of my religion i agree with fiona the christian godand the christian devil is something i dont agree wih or belive i am not satanic or evil neither are my fellow witches yess there is evil witches and warlocks but i am not one and i shun those who take that path for harm and evil and greed
