  • if i do these workouts will i run faster and longer?

  • @kriger12345 In a word, yes.

  • is 100 star jumps after weight training god d

  • @bellyzbad If you do strength and cardio on the same day, always do strength first. Most people think it should be the opposite, but most people aren't in good shape either. I recommend keeping them separate, e.g., strength work on Monday, Wednesday & Friday, cardio on Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday. High intensity interval cardio is far more effective than long slow distance, in study after study, for numerous reasons. Watch my video about hill sprints to learn why.

  • it's also called a judo pushup used in judo not primarily india

  • @0587dave I do strength Monday, Wednesday and Friday and hiit cardio Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday. My strength workout takes 19 minutes. My cardio workout is shorter than that. To me, low intensity cardio is a boring waste of time. My proof is my body, at nearly age 62.

  • you will become effective at HIIT and stall having to increase time of hiit eventually anyways just like you would have to eventually increase the speed of lower paced cardio or time when you hit a stall. so they both go hand in hand

  • @ramusic10 but there is also visual proof of "natural" bodybuilders that do low intensity cardio at a longer rate to increase fat loss and maintain muscle mass. there are studies going both ways. i believe u need to have both types in your program to reap the most benfits. your body could never handle HIIT for long periods of time without feeling overtrained.

  • Good to hear you're eating better, and you're definitely on the right track with pull-ups and push-ups. I've created my muscularity entirely with bodyweight exercise, which can be very intense if you do certain things. And like you, I got my six-pack with NO crunches. Congratulations, and keep up the good work!
