Starhunter/Starhunter 2300 Theme mix

These are the beautiful themes from the incredible, intelligent but sadly short lived sci fi TV series Starhunter (Later Called Starhunter 2300 in season 2). So you don't ask me how to get the tracks, you can download them at: http://www.slidersweb.net/blinker/tracks/nsr.htm

Personally, Dante's Narration is my favorite, since it explains why he's a bounty hunter. If you haven't checked out Starhunter, go pick it up on DVD soon!

If it's any consolation I am trying to resurrect this series right now in conjunction with the SciFi channel and others. Series II had strong characterizations but the story lines were under developed and unconvincing at times. It would be easy to polish up the scripts although the original cast(s) are mostly unavailable I'm afraid to say. I'll post a website here in about a month to explain. Keep the faith.

I stumbled upon it over a decade ago on late night/early morning TV by recording it while I was asleep. If they broadcast it at a decent hour, it probably would have had a bigger audience! Wasn't the "rich girl turned black ops girl turned mercenary" one of the regulars on NBC's "She-Spies?"

It's a shame - I loved the original run, wasn't as fond of the "2300" version, though Percy was good in it. I just had more trouble following it. It also was sad that they did imply at first Pare would be a part of it, but then changed their minds.

Thanks for sharing the clips though it does make for enjoyable listening music.

i would love to see this come back. i watched it when i was younger and i was accustom to the happy, bright story lines of star trek, star gate. but this fascinated me because of its darker storyline. IE, not a perfect future, a realistic future really, we will likely as a race never shake ok the shackles of greed and hatred that have bound us for thousands of years. if there is an address i can write to about bring back this series let me kno wat it is
