Maggie Berk, a nurse at Barnes-Jewish Hospital, was experiencing fatigue and heart palpatations. It was discovered that she was experiencing atrial fibrillation. Dr. Mitch Faddis treated her wtih catheter ablation, which was taken to the next level with a system developed at the hospital called stereotaxis. Stereotaxis is essentially 3-D mapping.
