A brief tornado touchdown along US277 between Haskell and Stamford, TX occurred on May 1, 2009 from a large supercell that popped up in the afternoon. This cell produced multiple wall clouds and funnel clouds. The second half of the video was on another supercell after dark which produced some beautiful lightning.

We were just coming home from Rotan the day that storm covered Haskell/Stamford. It was quite a sight to see the huge stormcloud ahead of us. When we got home the worst of the storm had just passed...we missed the best parts! Thank God the dog had a place to hide!
