This is actually how most of french speakers are talking, not like in the "Jean et Martine" or whatever from your french lessons... Funny thing is that all the non french speakers seem to think Stromae talks fast, but he sounds in fact like speaking pretty calmly and slowly to any french.

@kristianchobanov Everybody in France knows that this song is from Belgium, people who ask come from the rest of the world. Besides, there's not a french who will tell you that Stromae is speaking like a belgian, he just has no accent, just as a parisian. Also, as a french who live at the border of Belgium Wallonie and who have belgian roots, I can say the only difference between french and belgian language are "septante" et "nonante" ;-) Vive nos cousins belges !
