@sillyboydeux I am not sure when or where you got your quote from Zsa Zsa, but IMDb.com shows Doris as having four marriages and Zsa Zsa as having nine, not that four marriages is something to which to aspire. Still, we both agree that "she was and is wonderful."

@ednuk i met doris day when i was doing my army service in gibralter ,me and my buddies were on guard on the spanish border in 1955 ,her plane stopped to refuel and she had a walk around ,she came to us and we had a few words with her ,as she was going we asked her for a photo ,she said am sorry i aint got a photo on me ,i wrote to her 50 years later and she sent me a signed photo to harold with allmy love doris.yes she is very much alive and still a beauty ,harold ellis from england

I absolutely love Doris Day. I was wishing a Doris Day movie was on last night. Her movies aren't shown often enough. I thoroughly enjoy watching her anytime I can.

She was and is wonderful, "Pillow Talk" was one of her best. I do see the other side of her "Heidi" image that Zsa Zsa Gabor poked fun at. "Everyone berates me for having so many marriages, but in truth I've only had 3 and Doris Day, the picture of purity, has had 8!"
