In this video lesson, I will show you how to start windows in safe mode if you need to troubleshoot or perform a spyware removal on your PC. Please visit http://www.spywarefixpro.com for the latest spyware removal instructions and other helpful computer tutorials.

This tutorial works for Windows XP, Windows Vista, and Windows 7. The basic steps to start Windows in safe mode are:

1.) Restart your computer.
2.) Immediately after the BIOS screen appears, start pressing F8.
3.) Select Windows Safe Mode wirh Networking.
4.) Wait for the default drivers to finish loading.
5.) Login with your user account.
