I love how happy she is. ^__^ I'd be the exactly the same way, except I'd be more likely to keep it all bottled up, and then go out into the furthest part of the gardens to let out a single, high-pitched squeak of absolute glee. XD

Why is it more expensive than western style hotels? Is it the services such as the dinner and bed making (if im correct) that make it?

They are certainly more expensive than western style hotel rooms. This Ryokan had both western and japanese style. I think it worked out to around £100 a night.
