Advantages of 57 summoning[rs]

I just got 75 runecrafting last night so i wanted to use graahk for this video. I was fairly slow with the graahk but i got a hang of it after the vid and got 20k xp p/h.
I then use the kyatt to teleport me new iron rocks. I get loads of mining xp p/h.i can get anywhere from 40k-60k there.Just use kyatt to teleport then get full inventory, then use duelling ring to get back to castle wars. Bank and repeat.BEST WAY TO MINE UNTIL 80 MINING.
Then is ibis monkfish (fishing). Really slow xp p/h in my opinion, but its okay. 25k-35k(maybe 40k once higher level) per hour.
Larupia hunting(red chinchompas) xp p/h varies greatly , u can get 60k p/h easy and sometimes u can get 100k xp p/h easy, i average 80k p/h.
