  • ... odd, this video has upgraded attacks, cosmo nova upgraded, High Familiar, even the Vanity Ripper instead of the Deis Cutter... but it has the Deis Cutter Ranbu no Tachi instead of the Vanity Ripper related hissatsu... weird.

  • @Hucky008

Cybuster is fully upgraded I don't think Discutter Ranbu no Tachi has a upgraded attack with Masaki using Vanity Ripper for the attack, at least with the route I went down which is a bit sad.

If anything comes up I'll be sure to upload it.

  • @yokoshozx

    NDS

  • Which system is this on?

  • @BassGSnewtype The only attack that Cybuster uses that is the definition of overkill for me is Cosmo Nova, really that much power centered on just one opponent!? How does Shu counter-attack an attack like that?

  • @daviddarsh

Vanity Ripper Ranbu no Tachi will be in Masoukishin 2

  • does anyone know if Atlus is going to get the rights to release this game in America?

  • I heard cybuster will get the vanity ripper in the new OG :D I hope it's true, though not as awesome as Ranbu no tachi. The good thing is that they're not forgetting him.

  • @madmaxmadog

It is a port of a SNES game, with some updated graphic, where the robots were full size.

    Why should not be stronger?

Are you trying to find logic and common sense in SRW?

And besides the real power of attacks has nothing to do with appearance.

  • played about to stage 34 and so far its quite alright :) alright its true its abit stiff with the animations and all but overal its a great game this far in, definently inspired me to stay hooked on it unlike the snes version, gotta love all those background images you get to see during the talking sometimes beteween or during battles, helps pointing out whats going on- as they say: " a picture tells more than a thousand words "

  • @BloodFortAndromeda Yeah, the actual animations during the attacks are very stiff. I suppose it could be a stylistic decision, as a sort of retro throwback to the old, pre-Alpha SRW games, when there was no animation at all. But the DS is capable of at least PS1/N64 level graphics, so some more animation would have been nice. Still, it's good to see the Masoukishin again.

  • @countrybluegrass again.....there's a huuuuge difference between cool animations and graphics....if i were to look for graphics i wouldn't have played the gba or ds releases now would i, genius? what i meant to say is that they could have made cooler animations since....and wait for it......that's what made the srw series stand out. you played older releases...great, i'm very proud of you. that doesn't make you right when it comes to stuff related to the series and my personal opinion, does it?
