Joy - Paradise Road

Felicia Marian, Thoka Ndlozi and Anneline Malebo joined forces in 1977 and proceeded to set South African stages alight with colourful and fiery performances. Prior to their forming, each singer led a solo career. Joy have supported Lamont Dozier, Timmy Thomas, Clarence Carter and Dobie Gray on their South African Tours, and Leo Sayer at Sun City. Joy won the 1980 SARIE Awards for Best Vocal Group and Best English LP Of The Year in 1980. Paradise Road held the #1 position for nine consecutive weeks on Springbok's Top 20 hit parade in August and September 1980.

@opaquish54 Pictures were all taken in South Africa. Some at God's Window in Mmpumalanga, some in the Cape. South Africa is a beautiful country, in my opinion the most spectacular in the world.

@KelandraDrake Thanks for the info. I have been to Safi (my traveling group's affectionate name for South Africa), but we spent most of our time in Joberg. I loved the experience and have wanted to go back, and this video only strengthens my desire to see more of the country.
