The problem with this lawsuit... saying that "violence is not permitted" at concerts... it's treading too much on the line of free speech. The last thing artists want is people coming in and censoring their concerts. It'd be very difficult to win this kind of case.

seriously... if you don't want/expect anything like that; why don't you just go see britney spears and stfu...? as a generalization, rock concerts involve a lot of physical interaction... most of the time you just get beaten by another audience member but you don't usually go out and sue them over it...
