Video #2 in the series .... SO YOU WANT TO BUY A PULSE
This video describes what to look for when buying a Pulse autocycle. Look carefully at the frame and the center main frame tube. Anything more than just simple surface rust should be a red flag. Remove the carpet and grab the center tube and squeeze hard. If you feel any give of the metal, that could be a bad sign. Look at the engine frame for rust or cracks at the joints. Examine the outrigger attach points for rust or missing bolts and nuts. A few Pulse owners have replaced the center main tube, but it is a huge job which requires a total tear down......but it can be accomplished if you have the ability.

The Pulse autocycles were built between 1985 and 1990 with about 346 being produced. They sell once in a while on ebay or craigslist. Keep checking the Pulse Litestar Network message board as owners sometimes sell them there:
