It doesn't exist anymore, they changed it again, now they have the set coins and "come back tomorrow" to build up to greater amounts of coins or even a small amount of PS Cash if you keep coming back tomorrow.

im new in pet society.. i started yesterday.. can someone tell me where is this daily lottery thing?

It will appear automatically the first time you log in each GMT day.

When you first start playing, it will only appear on your second load I believe which is why you may not have seen it yet.

You've never seen it? The new GMT day begins in an hour and 7 mins from my reply to you. So if you are still on in around an hour and a quarter, try loading Pet Society then, and see if it comes up.

You currently receive a small PF coin item as a bonus on the lottery wheel after 5 consecutive days or more. But it's an item, not the actual blue coins. ;)
