I really love that Rob gives just starting/lesser known comedians a chance to perform on his show. Most TV shows that have comedians perform, seem to only let the ones who've been around for years, so this is fantastic to see.

To me, Rob always feels like a funny dad. Your a bit embarrassed by him sometimes, but he is genuinely funny; especially with situational humour and bad impressions.

Or you know, the baby lamb analogy is good too. :D
