yes, 3254 has more Tractive Effort, 53, 115 lbs....I don't know what 425's is, but 2317 has about 42,000

Wow I didnt think 3254 was that much more powerful then 2317. Then again.. 3254 was used for freight, where 2317 was a passenger train.. Am I right?
