how old is this plant here in your video? about how much do they grow each year?.... how BIG will it get?

@gnarlez If you're one of the many that managed to sprout a Haas avocado from seed, consider yourself one of the very few that managed to get a fruit. The Haas avocado is extremely difficult to germinate. You need to have several trees of basically the same age in close proximity to each other and even then, you need bees to pollinate the female trees. Your better off starting from scratch with a Mexican thin skin variety from a nursery.

Well, my question is if you start an avocado plant from a seed from inside of another avocado, will it produce more avocado??? I would assume this works, but with all the crap that's going on with our foods these days and with the crap in our soil, I am wondering if these still yield any fruit. Can someone help me? I just started an avocado seed tonight and I heard it takes about 2 months or so for it to grow a trunk and then mature from there. If you can help, I'd appreciate it. Thanks.

Mr. Greem thumb just got a red thumb.
This is NOT an informative video. It left me with many questions. What sort of soil? How much water? When to water? How fast does it grow? How long before it fruits? Flowers? How many varieties? Best varieties? How to prune? When to prune? Diseases? Etc etc.
