Belief in god is so narcissistic, whether you're into the one invented by men in the 1st century or the one invented by a failed sci-fi writer looking suspiciously like a kiddy fiddler, in the 20th century. Everyone thinks god has a plan for him/her, god is there to look after ME and has a plan for ME, he helped ME get that job, or pass that exam. People ignore the fact that god fails to help the millions suffering and dying every day - no doubt busy helping you with your trivial requests.
