These men are right. Our country would not be what it is today without sacrifice. My grandpa was stationed in vietnam. He and his platoon were catching some rest when the viets attacked. My grandpas best friend didnt have enough time to prepare. A tank rolled up on a hill, and blew the tent me grandpas best friend was in to hell. God bless all our fallen troops

I understand what you mean. But people feel honored whem they recieve something that they think they don't deserve. When an important person visits your house, you feel honered. When a soldier gets a medal, he or she feels honored. When people call you a hero, you feel honored. It's not an honor for a soldier to be alive or to go home to his or her family :).

Some of these people do not understand that when you enter service and are involved in war you are fighting for the men around you, family and country. Semper Fi !

To those who seem fit to be fighting in the comments of this video, get a life. No matter that people call the medal, the fact these men are the hero's, until you do as they have done, think yourself lucky you have the right to bitch and whine, for without these men your lives would be very different.
