Dr. William Eimicke's presentation on Public Private Partnerships and how they can fund and deliver vital infrastructure projects held at the National Library, Tbilisi, Georgia on February 10, 2011.

Dr. William Eimicke, Executive Director, Picker Center of Executive Education at Columbia was in Tbilisi to sign a Memorandum of Understanding between Ilia State University, Columbia University of New York City and the East-West Management Institute (EWMI) creating a Master's Degree program in Public Administration (MPA) in Georgia sponsored by the United States Agency for International Development (USAID). The MOU agreement is part of EWMI's Public Policy, Advocacy and Civil Society Development (G-PAC) program. The MPA program will be based at Ilia State University with its resources available to other universities in Georgia particularly those in the regions outside of Tbilisi.
