  • what is kpangla is this a type of fish and is so what is it more similar to here in the U.S.A?

  • @thesunwillshineonme Kpanla is fish that has been smoked and dried. I'm not too sure what is similar to it, but I would recommend trying African grocery stores or online African vendors that might carry it.

  • @thesunwillshineonme KPANLA IS STOCKFISH NORMALLY PRODUCED DURING WINTER IN NORWAY, ITS NOT SMOKED. THE IGBOS IN EASTERN NIGERIA CALL IT OKPOROKO.
