Did you know you can collect up to $3,300 for lost, delayed, or damaged bags? It's the law that airlines don't want you to know about!

  • Oh, and why did I spend the time to look it up? Because I work for an airline... or several. Misinformation never helps anyone... No claim/reference number = no compensation.

  • This video doesn't quite read into the details. Also, I don't know where this person got their information about the law to claim up to 3300 USD. Some Airlines follow the Montreal Convention, some the Warsaw Convention. Some not at all... I studied the US Department of Transportation rules on airconsumer.dot.gov/rules/Consumer2%20-%20Federal%20Register.pdf, and there is no mention of 3300 USD. Get a more updated document please.
