Puharich describes his (patented) method for splitting water into Hydrogen and Oxygen - Note the circuit from the secondary side of the transformer is identical to Meyers. Indicating Meyer may have used Puharich's research as a jumping off point.

My 9th Grade science teacher did the hydrogen / oxygen from water using DC current experiment for us. That experiment has ALWAYS stuck in my head, and i have thought about it a lot lately, with our current energy crisis. We ARE being lied to. burn hydrogen or oxidize it back into water...

what you are talking about is perpetual motion. if this were a machine it would be a machine that you put 10 dollars in and 3 comes out because its about 30% eff.

Fusion violates the very laws you claim struggle to hold onto., since to be created inside a man made vessel it requires a containment field..
