I am not quite sure why, but I love this song.

They used to play the extended version of Watching You (Watching Me) on KROQ in LA and me and a co-worker would do the whole Watching You Watching Me chorus Fun times. :).

I think the 80s was a much more creative/innovative period. Everything now is so formulaic.
