@lenzorizzo23 Yeah, you're right. I should've read twice. From now on, I'll try to be more careful.

@ealiagac I'm sure what nesfan8 was referring to is the remarkable personal and musical journey the lads took in such a short time. who would have guessed in 1962 that in 1968 they would be doing stuff like this.

how tragic it is that mainstream Indian music itself has deteriorated to such a shitty extent but internationally people are still listening to classic, traditional Indian instruments and appreciating them for their sheer simplicity... very ironic... the music from our Indian villages needs to permeate deeper into society and popular culture I strongly feel

@nesfan8 This wasn't done in 1962, but in 1968.

Dear L'Angelo Misterioso,
This song help put my screaming baby cousin to sleep and calmed him down, after about 30 minutes of failed attempts to calm him.

who would guess at 1962 that the Beatles would do song like this.
The Tao Te Ching, passage 47:
Without going outside his door, one understands (all that takes place) under the sky;
Without looking out from his window, one sees the Tao of Heaven.
The farther that one goes out (from himself), the less he knows.
Therefore the sages got their knowledge without traveling;
Gave their (right) names to things without seeing them;
And accomplished their ends without any purpose of doing so.

Every time I land on a Beatles song I feel like writing "This is their best ever song." Every time. Yup, they're all "their best ever song" IMHO......
