I don't know why so many people doubt lexus. It is the best selling most reliable lux car on the market for a reason. Are the newest ones as good as the 90-94s? Clearly not. The first genereation Lexuses were 60% hand built and calling them overengineered is almost an understatement. You can call it what you want but I have gone 147 with no problem and the acceleration and ride was still smooth as silk. The people who say bad things about lexuses are the german car nuts.

Holy Shit your driving Fast...........the Lexus LS 400 still kicks ass....even today with the car's being almost 20 years old...i prefer them to the current LS 460.

@only4u1000 It sounds more like you live on a council estate and all the drug dealers are driving battered examples of the LS400. People living in exclusive areas or mansions don't bother with a £800 car, they go for something slightly more stylish costing another £30000+. What planet are you on !!!

It rides a little harder but nothin you won't be able to get used to just avoid big holes because it gives the car an aggressive drop. My front end dropped about 2" while the back dropped 1.8" so considering the drop it rides pretty well

My rpms were about at 5500 so I'm glad none of my seals blew.

I've gotten there before but it pushes the car too much and takes a shitload of time which sucks when theres not a lot of wiggle room
