  • I have been training in the martial arts for over 20 years, and the largest flaw I have seen in peoples training is their desire to learn all the fancy moves, and learn many of them, rather than learning a modest barrage and spending their time getting really good at them. If you want to look cool in a demo, learn all the fancy stuff. If you want to win the fight (not the sparring version), then train and practice the not so pretty but effective techniques... over and over and over.

  • it's a good technic but in real fight i suppose that it will be very difficult to be so closer with my enemie! here the coach grab the neck easily because the girl attack right arm with right leg in front! it's not a real attack! in my oppinion with a real guard with left foot in front it will be more difficult to breack the distance and enter in my enemi guard... sorry for my english i come from france.

  • @TKDGuy79 thats rich coming from a tkd guy

  • otimo muito bom

  • I'm fairly certain the person delivering the straight punch isnt going to move that slow, if you're facing an inexperienced fighter, he's just going to flail so even attempting to try and do this defense technique could get you hit more.

  • @TKDGuy79

Completely agree. Too many fraud schools who claim to teach self defense when yet, they either teach a watered down version - or ridiculous techniques that will only work in a sport environment.

  • @labouille69 true but if ur fast u can do it before they block it. If your getting choked bad, u wont have a strong defense punch...

  • @NaJk93 I agree 100%! People don't let their punches lay out like that.

  • Now you know how to break a neck leave and try it. Have fun killing your pals.

  • @TKDGuy79 I couldn't agree with you more!

  • The things about this is that it wouldnt work on everybody (ofc)..

And doing that in high speed of a straight punch is impossible if ur gonna use this against someone who have trained martial arts or any kind of knowledge to hit and return ur arm asap.
