Doesn't matter if he was wrong. You are suppose to maintain full control of your vehicle at all times. Don't believe me, just ask any policeman.

She is not a fricken killer! The boy was jaywalking (which is illigal) and she was driving and hit him. it wasnt all her fault he shouldnt have been jaywalking, but she shouldnt have swurved in front of the other cars, get your story straight
