When I was visiting the World Trade Center sight with a friend I was very sad because so many thousands of people were killed and injured during the September 11- 2001 terrorist attacks. This video is for rest in peace for the victims of 9/11. Sadly Melissa Doi was one of the thousands that were killed when the towers went down. • can you even imagine? hanging off the windows, dangling over a thousand feet, the building is on fire and slightly tilted, and people around you are screaming and jumping. its just something that is too hard to even fathom. God bless the USA

  • I could never imagine anyone I love going through this my prayers go to the her family and friends. Rest in Peace. To the operator, thank you so much for helping her try and get through until the end, I know you got the worst end of the deal. You heard someone die, the worst possible thing to have done. Thank you.

  • RIP :(

  • @abercrombieToronto I agree with you.

  • @BarbieLOL121 If you mean the operator, I think she knew that there was no way Melissa could be helped but just wanted to be of a comfort to her. They had tons and tons of people to get out-they already knew that!!! I think she just said they were documenting it to make Melissa feel that she was actually doing something as opposed to just talking. The operator told her to say a prayer & operators don't say things like that-that makes me think she knew there was no hope. This is heartbreaking...

  • @sv3Lt0k2oxl me too.

  • @BarbieLOL121 You understand. These operators were never going to save them, they had no way to. The only thing the operators could do is vocally calm them down.

  • listening to these calls, hearing them say "i dont want to die" is something thats going to haunt me forever! :'( RIP

  • @BarbieLOL121 umm there was help, the help even died trying...........
