Cooking- Belgian Waffles

I was doing a half batch in the video, but the measurements for the ingredients are for about 10 waffles.

Ingredients:
1 pkg dry yeast
2 cups lukewarm milk
4 eggs, separated
1 tsp vanilla
2 1/2 sifted flour
1/2 tsp salt
1 tbsp sugar
1/2 cup melted butter (1 stick)
