"Enemy" by Days of the New was the first song I learned how to play from the Green Album. My sister and her ex-boyfriend were having an argument in the backyard (which was pissing me off because it was lame) so I barricaded myself in my room and thought I'd try to learn a difficult song. I basically wanted to learn it because of the ridiculous solo at the end of the track which took a long time to perfect.

You'll be glad to know that solo is included here.

The Mayor of London projected a "D" signal in the clouds on this night. I answered its call.

@TheDeadCenterlive I hear ya. At first I didn't really like the original either because of the strange mixture of the acoustic guitar with the dance beat. However nowadays I really like it. Thanks for the comment.

@najix Same here. First listening to this song when this album was released made me go "wha...". Now it has grown to be one of my top songs of his. I could still do with out the "yeah"'s at the start... but it does not make this track any less awesome.
