This is shit. Illegal or no, this was a challenging trail and a blast to ride. There was WAAAAYYY more than a dozen trees cut. I walked the length of it, bike on shoulder, and can attest, there must have been hundreds of trees cut. Clearly, the Forest Service did not want this reopened. They even dismantled the rock stacks and other features, I guess so that when the trees eventually rot, there will be nothing left to ride.
