Scandinavian Clips

These are various clips from our Scandinavia trip, most of them in Denmark (several in Tivoli Gardens in Copenhagen), but the marching band was outside the Royal Palace in Stockholm, Sweden, and the chorus was in Tallinn, Estonia, despite the Norwegian flag someone is carrying. The video quality is not as good as good as my other clips because these were the short videos taken on my little digital camera, not my video camera.

Hahhah! That's OK...it was late June too, summer! It rained at least a little bit every day we were in Copenhagen I think, 3-4 days. It was sunny in between too though. In the other countries there was less rain, or no rain. It was a wonderful trip! I very much enjoyed all of Scandinavia.

Yes, it did rain a lot! We did enjoy it. Copenhagen was my second favorite of the five capitals we visited on that trip. I think only Stockholm maybe edged it out a little bit, but that is where my grandfather was from, so I'm a little biased. *;-)

Oh, and I looked it up just now... There are 33 cities in the US larger than Copenhagen. I live near Washington, DC, number 27.

The weather in the summer 2007 was the worst in years. Rain, rain and even more rain.

But still I hope you enjoyed your short time in Copenhagen. A small town compared to the cities in the US ;-)
